Frequently Asked Questions

Here's us unfolding the stories you'd be asking in your heads or over water cooler conversations with your peers.

What is a Blueprint?
A paid diagnosis that ends with a costed plan. We diagnose it and hand you the plan: architecture, sequencing, cost and grant-fit. It is the paid planning step after a proven Sandbox, so that a six-figure build decision rests on a document rather than a feeling.
What do we leave with?
Four things, and all of them are yours. The architecture — every system, every integration, drawn and named. The sequence — what gets built first and why, gate by gate. The number — a fixed build price, not an estimate that grows. The grant-fit — whether EDG applies, and what the assessor needs.
What does a Blueprint cost, and how long does it take?
There are three sizes. Lite is S$8k–12k over 1–2 weeks, paid 100% upfront. Standard is S$18k–28k over 2–3 weeks, paid 100% or 70/30 with the 30% before the final report. Advanced is S$35k–55k over 3–5 weeks, paid 60/40 with the 40% before the final workshop.
Which of the three sizes fits us?
Compare them on strategy and scope, not budget. Lite is one engine and one sharp question, one leader, 20–40 hours. Standard is the whole revenue machine as a slightly broader proof, still one leader, 60–100 hours. Advanced is multi-team, multi-market — a full-scope proof run with a steering group over 140–220 hours, and the only size that includes a workshop.
Do we need to run a Sandbox first?
Not necessarily. A Blueprint is designed as the step after a proven Sandbox, and a Sandbox — a one-week paid proof on a single problem, from S$3,500 — credits in full towards a Blueprint. But Blueprint is also the right place to start on its own when you know something is wrong, and not yet what to fix.
What happens after the Blueprint?
A Build, where we build your growth engine end to end, in phases, and you own it on completion. Each size names its typical next step: Lite leads to Build Foundation, Standard to Build Growth, and Advanced to Build Scale or Build Market.
